Mapping Flagstone's History:
Flagstone Corporation began as a fledgling in the summer of 1995, in Mumbai, India. It was a dream pursued by
Viraj V Kulkarni, a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Mumbai. Backed by a strong project experience garnered
through the commissioning and execution of projects like a 6000 TPA Glacial Acetic Acid Plant, a 12000 TPA Industrial Alcohol
Distillery, a 360 TPA Effluent Treatment Plant, etc., he thought it was about time to go it alone. The industry during during
that period was waking upto quality Instrumentation products made in the country and with his Instrumentation experience during
projects, Mr. Kulkarni sowed the seeds of Flagstone Corporation on 7th August, 1995.
From a modest beginning to an over US$ 100,000 annual turnover, the journey for the company and it's employees
has only begun.
